UPP have been working with Red Door since 2012 when they delivered our first ever tailored management development programme. Linda and Tracy’s approach included really listening to our needs and taking time to understand our culture before proposing a modular programme that covered key management skills and knowledge for our junior and middle managers.
Linda and Tracy have travelled to several of our locations to deliver the workshops and got to know our organisation very well.
The initial management development programme has developed and evolved to further meet our needs as the organisation has grown. Linda and Tracy have also developed and delivered a very well received Recruitment & Selection workshop.
We appreciate Linda and Tracy’s partnership style of working which fits with our culture and values. Their flexibility and passion for helping managers get the best from their teams is combined with a very practical approach. Most of our delegates on the Red Door workshops feel energised and ready to try the new tools and ideas right away.
